Established in 2006 by Mr. Vinicio Mella, who brings over 40 years of experience in the industry, and Mrs. Lludelis Espinal, recipient of the "CIP/OEA Outstanding Woman in the Maritime and Port Sector – Latin America" award, E&M was founded by two professionals who have dedicated their careers to developing projects that support the logistics, port, and maritime industries both locally and internationally.
